INDIA PALE ALE (IPA)

India Pale Ale gets its name and unique style from British brewers who were making beer for export to India. This style has an intense hop flavor which was used to preserve the beer for the long voyage. IPA has a golden to copper color with a medium maltiness and body. Our version has reduced the intense hop bitterness and kept the full flavor.

HEFEWEIZEN

Light Wheat thirst quenching beer made with the 2-row brewers malt and white wheat malt. It is hopped with Liberty and the acclaimed Oregon Crystal aroma hop.

DARK WHEAT

A 5-grain beer made with 2-row brewers malt, English Chocolate, Roasted barley, Black malt and red wheat. Flavored with Crystal and Liberty hops.

RED CITRUS WHEAT

This beer is similar to Bass Ale, but with a more citrusy hop flavor cutting down the traditional bitter flavor created by the hops in most Ales.
