AMERICAN PILSNER
Flavorful and refreshing beer, yet not filling, made with a combination of fresh Liberty hops from Yakima, Washington and the prized East Kent Goldings aroma hop from England. With 2-row brewers malt used with a small amount of roasted barley to give it a well-rounded malty character.
HEFEWEIZEN
Light Wheat thirst quenching beer made with the 2-row brewers malt and white wheat malt. It is hopped with Liberty and the acclaimed Oregon Crystal aroma hop.
DARK WHEAT
A 5-grain beer made with 2-row brewers malt, English Chocolate, Roasted barley, Black malt and red wheat. Flavored with Crystal and Liberty hops.
DARK BOCK
Similar to American Bock Beers of the early 1960's that still had the robust flavor and hoppy character of those seasonal dark beers.
