RED ALE

A blend of American Pilsner and Stout giving a character similar to the popular Pale Ales from England.

DARK BOCK

Similar to American Bock Beers of the early 1960掇 that still had the robust flavor and hoppy character of those seasonal dark beers.

HEFEWEIZEN

Light Wheat thirst quenching beer made with 2-row brewers malt & white wheat malt. It is hopped with Liberty & the acclaimed Oregon Crystal aroma hop.

APOLLO'S LIGHT WHEAT

This wheat beer has a slightly drier flavor than the regular types, and we use the Apollo hop to complement the flavor, it is crafted with light brown sugar.
